J works with major marathons across North America to help them be as inclusive as possible for LGBTQ+ athletes. J’s work extends across all facets of a race including policies and registration, planning, operations, scoring and timing, volunteer training, and race day, including:

J can also conduct a thorough review of current state operations to audit or consult on updates that can be made that prioritize inclusivity.
